Start with how long your pet can be left
Standard Live-In suits pets comfortable with up to eight hours alone at a time and eight hours total per day. Extended Live-In allows no more than four hours away at a time and six hours total per day. Higher-presence care is for pets who need shorter absences, with the arrangement assessed before booking.
Tell us the longest your pet is comfortable alone, including overnight, and what happens when you leave. If they cannot be left at all, need active monitoring or are recovering from surgery, please say so. We assess that separately before agreeing to care.
What staying in your home means
Your sitter stays overnight at your place. Feeding, toilet breaks, exercise and time together follow the care plan agreed for your pet. We ask about the parts of the routine that are easy to miss: where they sleep, how they settle after a walk and what happens when someone leaves.
An overnight booking does not mean someone is present every minute. The time your pet can comfortably spend alone sets the tier, and we look at the whole day, not just one absence.
Before the stay
Send your dates, suburb, postcode and number of pets. We review the onboarding, match a carer and agree access, handover and care requirements before confirming. Tell us about medication, mobility needs or instructions from your vet at the enquiry stage.
Where in-home sitting is available
Our focus is inner Brisbane. Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast enquiries are assessed for local primary and backup cover. We confirm availability for the address and dates.
When another service fits better
If your pet is comfortable overnight on their own and needs meals or company during the day, ask about home visits. If you prefer care in a sitter’s home, compare boarding. Neither should replace a higher-presence arrangement your pet needs.
What will the stay cost?
We estimate from your dates, care needs, number of pets and location. Request a care estimate based on your pet’s routine and the dates you need. Any peak-period, travel, introduction or key-collection charges are set out in your quote.
The price remains an estimate until we have reviewed your onboarding and the care arrangement. Your answers may show that your pet needs a higher tier. We confirm the service and final price before you commit.

Is live-in care constant care?
No. Live-in means the sitter stays overnight; each tier permits a defined absence. Pets who cannot be left alone need a separate assessed arrangement.
Is the initial quote final?
The initial price is an estimate. Onboarding may show that your pet needs a higher tier, and we confirm the final service and price before you commit.
