Common Questions

Which service suits a dog with separation anxiety?

Constant Care. A sitter is with your dog through most of the day and night, with brief absences of under an hour. If your dog is calmest in their own home, that is Exclusive Constant Care. If they settle better at the sitter's place, it is Constant Care Boarding.

Do you board dogs with other dogs?

Only if you book Social Boarding, where your dog stays with a sitter who has one or two other pets and is matched on personality. With Private Boarding your dog is the only guest in the home.

Can we meet the sitter before booking?

Always. We meet you and your dog at home before a booking is confirmed, so the sitter is a familiar face by the time you leave.

Do you take puppies?

Yes. Puppies need more frequent toilet breaks and more company than the standard tiers allow, so we book them on one of the Constant Care options.

Do you look after cats?

Yes. Cats usually do best staying in their own territory, so we care for them at home, either with a sitter living in or with Pop In & Play visits.
