Pet Sitting in Norman Park
Trusted in-home pet care for one of Brisbane's most loved leafy riverside suburbs
Why Norman Park Pet Owners Choose In-Home Sitting
Norman Park is the kind of suburb that keeps its charms quiet. Timber Queenslanders line calm family streets, the Norman Creek parklands thread green through the middle of it all, and the ferry terminal down on the river connects you to the city without ever feeling like the city. It is a wonderful place to be a dog, and the locals who walk the creek bikeway every morning clearly agree.
Pets here are used to a good life with a steady rhythm: the early lap of C.P. Bottomley Park, a sniff along the creek, an afternoon snooze on the deck. When you go away, in-home pet sitting means none of that has to change. Your dog keeps their familiar walks along the Norman Creek bikeway, your cat keeps their patch of morning sun on the verandah, and the house stays lived-in while you are gone.
Because we sit in your home rather than ours, there is no kennel stress, no unfamiliar smells, and no long car trips. That matters most for anxious, senior, and special needs pets, who can find even small disruptions overwhelming. A quiet Queenslander on a quiet street is exactly where they want to be, and we keep it that way.
We treat your home with the same care we give your pet, from Wynnum Road to the riverfront.

Common Questions
Our Queenslander is up a steep set of stairs. Is that an issue?
Timber stairs are hard on old joints and slippery for small dogs. We take them slowly, with a hand under an old dog going down, and we avoid the stairs altogether in the dark where we can.
Where would you walk our dog?
The Norman Creek bikeway, with C.P. Bottomley Park for a longer potter. Both are quiet enough early that a nervous dog can walk without meeting half the suburb.
How far ahead do we need to book?
For peak season (Easter, Christmas, New Year and the main holiday breaks) book 6 to 8 weeks ahead. Other times, 2 to 3 weeks is usually enough.
