Thank goodness for Ash! After 5 years with the same sitter, we had to find someone new, as our whippet, Bert, was no longer managing well in group environments. The 1:1 care is perfect for our two dogs, especially as they get older and prefer all the attention. Bert and Peppa had their first stay, and it was a success! Bert normally sleeps in his crate and Peppa on our bed, but Bert was so comfy with Ash he slept on the bed and Peppa took the crate! That is 100% a sign they were comfortable, relaxed and well cared for.

My wife and I can't recommend Ash highly enough. We needed a sitter for our cocker spaniel puppy, Buddy, at short notice over New Year, and Ash was amazing. She kept us updated and was especially thoughtful when Buddy showed signs of being unwell, communicating clearly and proactively. She even followed up after we collected him. Buddy came home happy and well rested. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Our elderly pug, Winston, had the best stay with Ash. She made it a breeze by picking him up and dropping him off and cared for him so well. We were regularly updated with photos and videos and she even gave him a bath and spa treatment. Ash is friendly, kind and responsive and we knew Winston was in the best of care.

I cannot recommend Ash highly enough. She took exceptional care of Kransky, my mini dachshund, for 17 nights, and I could see how happy and well cared for he was the entire time through photos and videos. She went above and beyond by teaching him new tricks and engaging him in a way he absolutely loved. It gave me great peace of mind knowing he was in such capable and caring hands.
