Pet Sitting in Paddington
In-home pet care for Paddington's character homes and cherished pets
Why Paddington Pet Owners Choose In-Home Sitting
Paddington's steep streets, timber Queenslanders and busy main roads can make pet routines quite specific. Your dog may know one walking route well but avoid another, while your cat may have claimed the same windowsill for years.
In-home sitting lets them keep those familiar parts of their day. They stay in their own home, eat at the usual time and follow the routine they already know.
We also consider the practical details of caring for pets in Paddington. Some homes have steep stairs, small yards or limited parking. Some walking routes are too demanding for an older dog. We go through these details with you before the booking and plan your pet's care accordingly.
We care for anxious, senior and special-needs pets who may not cope well with boarding or a sudden change of environment.

Common Questions
Is parking difficult in Paddington?
It can be. Some streets around Given Terrace are narrow, steep or have limited parking, and not every home has an available off-street space.
Let us know about parking, permits and the best way to access your home before the booking. If we need to park nearby and walk, that is usually fine.
Our dog is older and struggles with the hills. What will you do?
We will adjust the walk to suit them. That may mean choosing a flatter route, taking a shorter walk or giving them more time to sniff without covering as much distance.
We will also follow your instructions for stairs and mobility support. If you usually carry your small dog or use a harness on the steps, we can do the same.
Can you care for two dogs with different needs?
Yes. We can follow separate routines for walks, meals, medication, rest and play.
One dog might need a longer walk while the other stays home or takes a shorter route. We can also feed pets separately if either dog guards food, eats too quickly or needs a different diet.
